24 hour cancellation notice is required if you are unable to keep your Spa or Bridal appointment.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
More than 24 hours notice – no cancellation fee will be charged
Less than 24 hours notice – 50% of your booking fee will be charged
Failure to show – The entire amount of your booking fee will be charged

Robes, towels, sandals & shower facilities are all available.
A locker is provided for your personal belongings.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
Retail Return Policy
All returned items must be unused, original state with all tickets & tags attached prior to being accepted for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the sale.
After 30 days & within the warranty period, any defective hair styling tool must be returned by the consumer directly to the manufacturer as indicated on the ‘use & care instruction manual’.
All sales are FINAL on makeup, skincare products, hair care products & pierced earring purchases!
